ABOUT ME

I’m glad you’re here!

First and most importantly, I’m human just like you. I understand that life is messy and chaotic at times.

I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults. In addition to being a Registered Play Therapist, I have extensive training in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and navigating major life transitions.

One of my passions is teaching! I am also available for Clinical Supervision, Training, and Consultation.
